We start with what brought you, the family system as you live it now, and what you want to be different. I listen for the assigned role, not for a story that makes you the problem.
If you already know you want 1:1, start here: https://blaketherapy.ca/work-with-me

No. That choice is yours, and it depends on the situation. The work is to see the pattern clearly enough that whatever you decide is not run by guilt or fear. I will not prescribe a cutoff from a website or a first session.
-
You can. Tears are information, not a problem to manage. We slow down. We do not rush you toward a tidy ending.

There is no honest week-count. Some people use a few sessions to get steadier in one bind: a limit they cannot hold, a body that still fires first, a decision they keep handing back to the family. Work with an assigned scapegoat role usually takes longer, because Bowen triangles and old IFS protectors test any new stance between sessions. The point is not a finish line. It is a clearer map, calmer limits, and more trust in your own perception when the system pulls back.
Therapy here is session-based 1:1, not a package. The public individual rate is $175 USD. If you are in Ontario, this is RSW psychotherapy, and I can provide receipts where your plan covers it.
Coaching, The Ascent, and community are separate paths. They are not a free course attached to therapy, and insurance receipts do not apply to coaching. If you want 1:1 therapy, we book session by session.

No. I cannot diagnose someone I am not treating, and a label on them is not the goal. We look at the patterns that affect you (scapegoating, triangulation, gaslighting) so you can trust your own perception.
-
Yes. If you are in Ontario, 1:1 can be RSW psychotherapy: session-based, $175 USD public, with receipts where your plan covers it. Outside Ontario I offer coaching and education, not clinical psychotherapy. Coaching is not insurance-receipted.

Use https://blaketherapy.ca/work-with-me. The consult button on that page opens the calendar. I do not book it for you from a chat or a form.

Yes. The toolkit and 80-question map live here: https://blaketherapy.ca/the-ultimate-toolkit. That page is a download page. It may ask for an email so the files can be sent. The resource is free.

Therapy (Ontario) is confidential 1:1 with clinical judgment. Public individual rate: $175 USD. Session-based. Receipts where a plan covers RSW psychotherapy.
Coaching is 1:1 without that clinical frame. It is the 1:1 lane outside Ontario, and it is how the six-session package is structured. Coaching is not insurance-receipted.
The Ascent is an educational course and community: $69.99 USD a month or $199.99 USD a quarter. It is not emergency care and not a replacement for individualized treatment. https://the-holding-space.circle.so/checkout/the-ascent-quarterly
The Sovereign Scapegoat GPT is a $5.99 USD guided-reflection tool. It is not therapy and not Blake. https://the-holding-space.circle.so/sovereign-scapegoat-gbt

No. Ontario therapy is session-based. There is no free course attached to therapy.

A coaching container, $1,200 USD (billed $600 × 2), through August 31: assessment, six bounded 1:1 sessions, plus The Ascent and its community. It is not Ontario therapy and not a therapy add-on.

No. The Royal Court is Blake’s Substack: writing, members-only video, and a private podcast. It does not include Circle course access, office hours, or 1:1. https://blakeandersonrsw.substack.com
The Ascent’s private community is part of that course, not a Royal Court benefit.
