Work with Blake · Individual support

Make sense of the pattern. Find your own next step.

Sometimes you need more than another explanation of your family. You need room to explore what it means for your relationships, grief, identity, and everyday choices.

I offer Ontario psychotherapy and video coaching as distinct ways of working together. Ready for the coaching package? You can purchase directly. If you have questions, a free consultation can help you decide which service is a fit.

What we can work on

Bring what is happening now.

You don’t need a diagnosis for your relatives, a complete account of your childhood, or certainty about what you want to do.

  • Second-guessing your perception after difficult family interactions.
  • Guilt, overexplaining, and limits that are hard to hold.
  • Grief about what was missing or may not change.
  • Patterns that follow you into relationships and work.
  • Building an identity and life beyond the role you were assigned.

How I approach the work

Your experience comes before a label.

Family-systems thinking can help us see the role, the relationships, and the pressures around you. Depth-oriented work also makes room for parts of you that protected, adapted, grieved, or lost their voice.

We work toward practical changes.

That might mean recognising a familiar interaction sooner, pausing before an automatic yes, putting a limit into words, or making a choice that belongs to you.

I draw on Bowen family systems, IFS, Jungian, and Integral perspectives. The pace and focus depend on the person and the service.

Getting started

Choose how you’d like to begin.

01 · Choose your starting point

Ready to begin—or want to talk first?

Buy the coaching package directly through Circle, or use the free 15-minute consult to ask questions first. For Ontario psychotherapy, use the individual-session booking link.

02 · Get clear on the details

Know what you’re booking.

Review the service, fees, inclusions, and relevant terms before completing your booking or purchase. For the coaching package, Circle shows the checkout details; contact Blake if you need clarification.

03 · Begin at your pace

Arrange your first session.

After you purchase the coaching package, Blake sends your initial coaching booking link. Sessions are usually every two weeks; weekly sessions can be arranged together. A recent interaction, recurring feeling, or decision can be enough to begin.

Prefer a different starting point?

Individual sessions aren’t the only way in.

The Ascent course and The Holding Space community offer self-paced learning, two live calls each week, and shared practice. They are educational and do not replace individualized care.

Common questions

Before you book.

Can I buy the coaching package without a consultation?

Yes. If you’re ready to begin, purchase the coaching package directly through Circle. The free 15-minute consultation is optional and available if you want to ask about fit or the details first.

Can I split the coaching package into two payments?

Yes. Choose $1,400 USD paid in full, or two payments of $700 USD: the first at checkout and the second automatically one month later. Both options total $1,400 USD and include the same package. The payment plan ends after the second payment.

Is the free consultation a therapy session?

It is a brief conversation about fit, service options, and getting started. It is not a full therapy or coaching session.

Do you work with people outside Ontario?

Video coaching is a separate, non-clinical service. Tell me where you will be located so we can confirm the appropriate service and suitability before booking. Ontario psychotherapy requires you to be physically in Ontario.

Is the assessment included in the six sessions?

Your package includes six one-hour video coaching sessions. You also complete IFSA 3.0 and IFSA 3.1 Advanced on your own; these are additional to the coaching sessions, not an extra video appointment. Assessment report turnaround is 3–4 business days. The package includes homework, genogram work, resources, and 90 days of access to The Ascent course and The Holding Space community.

How does coaching compare with membership or individual resources?

The coaching package brings together six one-hour sessions, 90 days of The Ascent course and The Holding Space community, plus Sovereign Scapegoat GPT access, Blake’s Slide Vault and IFSA 3.1 Advanced. You do not need to buy these resources separately. Course/community membership already includes the GPT and slides; coaching adds the individual sessions and Advanced assessment. Standalone purchases include the selected product, not this full package. The GPT requires ChatGPT sign-in and is subject to its usage limits.

How do I book, and how often will we meet?

After purchase, Blake sends your initial coaching booking link. Sessions are usually every two weeks. If you prefer weekly sessions, you can arrange that together.

Will I be expected to cut off my family?

No. Contact decisions depend on your circumstances. The work supports understanding, reflection, and your own considered choices.

What if I don’t know how to explain it?

You can start with what feels difficult now. A question or a recent example is enough for the initial consultation.

How do I ask about fees, availability, or accessibility?

Email info@blakeanderson.coach with a brief question, or use the consultation link. You do not need to send personal or clinical details in a first email.

When you’re ready

Let’s find a useful next step.

You don’t need a polished explanation of your history to ask about working together.

For a first email, a brief question is enough; you don’t need to send personal or clinical details.
