Your Ascent workbook.
A place to begin.
It's good to have you here. The workbook is yours to explore at your own pace. You don't need to finish it all, or have everything figured out, to begin.

Start with what you have.
The Gear Check on page 8 invites you to consider your direction, your family map, the ideas you return to and the support around you.
You can write a few words, notice what feels useful, and leave the rest for another day.

Notice one familiar role.
Think of a recent, everyday moment when you felt pulled into an old family role. Perhaps you tried to keep everyone happy, explain yourself, or take responsibility for someone else's feelings.
Write a few words: What did I notice? What would I like a little more room to choose?
Keep it small. Your notes can stay private, and you can pause whenever you need to.
Watch for a note from me.
